Senior Associate Project Manager - Travel Delivery Lead

As a Travel Delivery Lead Senior Associate, you will leverage your strong organizational, communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills to deliver on highly strategic travel initiatives in close partnership with our Product Managers and Business Analysts. You will also work cross‑functionally with partner teams—including Tech, Design, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and third‑party partners—to bring our innovative travel features to market and manage large‑scale marketing and product rollouts. Key Responsibilities Ultimate Project Owner: Be the team member that can/will do whatever it takes to effectively remove blockers, move the program forward, and deliver value for customers and the business. Coordination of execution: Develop & maintain delivery execution plans, track progress against timelines and risks to delivery, and maintain side‑by‑side communication with product, tech, design, marketing and other stakeholders to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Steward of documentation: Create and maintain system documentation that supports onboarding, collaboration, updates and launch. Dependency mapping, tracking, and resolution: Develop & maintain dependency maps and coordinate timelines and requirements with dependent teams independently across tech, product, design, marketing and external partners. Stakeholder management: Connect with relevant stakeholders to set expectations, solve issues, remove blockers, lead delivery prep meetings, develop launch materials, and facilitate go/no‑go decisions. Status Tracking & Reporting: Create and distribute systemized status reporting on delivery progress to Product & Tech leadership, and provide ad‑hoc updates as needed. Steward of well‑managed processes: Track and champion well‑managed processes for risk, legal and compliance. Testing Planning & Support: Work hands‑on with product & tech to execute test scenarios, support the dev & product teams, own the testing documentation and keep the team and partners on track to complete testing ahead of launches. Ideal Candidate Self‑Starter: Willing and able to create repeatable processes that simplify execution and insert themselves into work streams to autonomously deliver value. Team Player: Able to build strong relationships with both tech and product partners, centralize information from many teams and create a structured delivery plan. Systems Thinker: Able to connect the dots between how different technology systems work together to add value and propose efficient ways of working. Communicator: Strong communicator who keeps stakeholders informed of status, progress and impediments. Technology Comfort: Understands basic tech building blocks and can converse with PMs & Tech Leads about component integration; experience with project management tools such as Jira. Organizer: Highly organized and able to build processes/tools that provide clarity for team members and stakeholders; experienced building clear trackers and presentations for project updates and delivery milestones. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or military experience. At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management. At least 2 years of experience with Google Suite products. At least 2 years of experience leading technology delivery projects. Preferred Qualifications Master’s or MBA degree. 4+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management. Salary New York, NY: $105,300 - $120,100 (Sr. Project Manager) Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 (Sr. Project Manager) Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the offer letter.
