Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Lamar Estates, a reputable Assisted Living Facilities in Lamar, Colorado, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as Assistant Director of Nursing. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and dedication to our residents. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to our residents Develop and implement effective staffing plans, schedules, and assignments to ensure adequate coverage and patient safety Conduct regular assessments of resident care and make recommendations for improvements Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimal care Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services Requirements Current RN license in the state of Colorado Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a long-term care or assisted living setting Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare technology #J-18808-Ljbffr Lamar Estates
