You will work with the General Manager to guide the crew, keep operations running smoothly, and boost sales. Training for multiple roles and advancement opportunities are available. How You Will Drive Success Work directly with the GM to maintain consistent revenue growth and lead performance metrics. Coaching and executing excellent customer service to create an exceptional guest experience. Set a positive example as a leader while building team engagement and efficiency. Develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance. Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently. Carry out duties and projects such as inventory, cash handling, guest issue resolution, and initiatives with the District Manager. Assist the GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and expense controls. Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per the Guide to Excellence (GTE). Provide guidance and mentoring to automotive technicians and CSAs. Perform opening and closing duties when the GM is off. Lead daily team huddles and store meetings. Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs. Hold others accountable to all rules and regulations that maintain a safe and productive work environment. Assist guests with their questions and needs in person, electronically, or by telephone. Qualifications One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proven leader who can inspire and motivate diverse groups of people. Sound business sense and comprehensive understanding of the retail industry. Analytical ability to recommend financial objectives that boost sales and service results. Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance. Enthusiastic and energized by a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment. Guest-first mindset. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Physical ability to stand on hard surfaces like concrete or metal, work in hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes, and lift up to 50 pounds.
