About the Role

The role involves overseeing the end-to-end data lifecycle, building high-utility business analytics, and ensuring compliance with data governance and privacy regulations. The successful candidate will also be tasked with recruiting, mentoring, and leading a multi-disciplinary team of data professionals, as well as managing vendor relationships. Applicants for the Head of Data position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of data management experience, with at least 4 years' in a leadership role. A strong background in linking data initiatives to commercial outcomes and a comprehensive technical fluency in relevant tech stacks are essential. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field and elite communication skills.
