Practice Manager

The Practice Manager is a critical role to Dunn Orthodontics. This role will serve in the coordination and management of all administrative and clinic functions to lead and support all team members within a practice.The primary responsibilities of the Practice Manager are to ensure the efficient flow of the schedule, maintaining adequate orthodontic supplies within the monthly budgets, and work closely with doctors and leadership to ensure the success of the orthodontic practice. The Practice Manager will ensure that patients receive an exceptional patient experience, and the team members are trained to meet all compliance and clinical standards, while providing compassionate care to every patient. Essential Job Functions: Optimizethe efficiencies of the office to better serve our patients through buildingthe team and ensuring team members receive the proper training and have the necessary skills and information to be successful. Providean exceptional patient experienceby ensuringclinical scheduleisflowingefficiently, both in terms of the scheduling of patients and supporting team membersand monitoring patient time. Facilitatethestaffing needs of the team, including recruitment and onboarding. Accountablefor upholding the office to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, industry standards,and companypolicies and procedures. Responsible for the operational readiness of the office, including staffing, supply availability,and ensuring dental equipment is working properly. Coachand trainteammemberson updated procedures or changes in processes. Assessing the current talent and culture of team. Serve as thepoint of contact with supply representatives and service technicians; manage inventory within the assigned budgets. Provide insights for improving growth and development within the practice. Leverage existing Office Managers (where applicable) to ensurethe success of site(s) within each practice. KnowledgeofDental and orOrthodonticsis preferred. Knowledgeof dental insurances, service limits, and financing options. Exemplary customer servicefocuswith excellent written and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Compassion for our patients, parents, andteam members. Integrity, always doing the right thing.
