CPP is now hiring Class B Drivers for Bus Driving and Driver positions!
Your job will require specializing in providing safe and reliable services to schools in Novato, CA, and surrounding areas.The shift runs on a variable morning/day shift schedule, paying $23-$28/hour depending on experience, requiring a Class B driving license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
Responsibilities:- Safely transport students to and from school in accordance with established routes and schedules.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with school personnel, students, and parents/guardians.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as refueling, checking fluid levels, and reporting any issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
Requirements:
- Valid Class B driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with school personnel, students, and parents/guardians.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work varying day shift hours.
