As our primary connection to our Infusion Therapy Customers that rely on our products to save and sustain lives, you are the face and voice of our products and services. You will be responsible for fostering connections between Baxter teams to drive business results. The insights and feedback you share with your team and cross-functional partners inform priorities and ensure customer needs are being met.

Your Team

You'll report to our dynamic Regional Manager as part of our Infusion Therapies and Platforms business.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales support to include various activities including but not limited to training, on site customers support, order/supply assistance, coordination of Baxter teams, general support of customer tradeshow as well as Pump Fairs.

Assist with customer training needs.

Support business presentations, QBRs, and customer/Baxter updates.

Support team on marketing and any cross functional field sales support needs specific to Infusion Therapies and Platforms.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ years of experience in field sales/field sales support role in the medical device field.

High school diploma or GED required.

Strong understanding of common computer software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Tableau, and SalesForce CRM preferred.

Strong presentation skills.

Proven success working within large multifaceted teams.

The estimated base salary for this position is $48,000 to $66,000 annually. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
