Position: Nurse Supervisor (Behavioral Health Department)

Location: Bronx,, NY

Job Type: Travel Contract

Duration: 14 Weeks

Shift: 5x7.5 Days (7.50 hrs)

Guaranteed Hours: 37.50 hours/week

Pay Range: ($88.77-$101.97)/hourly ($3,107.00-$3,569.00)

Job Summary

Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action.
Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.
CPEP/Inpatient/Outpatient unit
Behavioral Health Department

Required Qualifications

7 years of experience is required
5 of which were in a supervisory role.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing Program.(Required)
Masters degree in Nursing. (Preferred)

Certifications & Licensure

RN License. -Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED)
BLS
