Summary The Part-Time Seasonal Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while helping achieve sales goals. The role supports store initiatives and represents Ralph Lauren brand standards through customer-focused service and teamwork. Responsibilities Drive sales by prioritizing customer needs and building client relationships. Support company initiatives, team training, and new shopping technologies and purchasing options. Maintain sales floor and store standards and share customer, category, and business feedback with management. Contribute to a collaborative environment aligned with the company's values and vision. Requirements Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred. Ability to communicate effective and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, maneuver throughout the store, and lift or climb as required.
