We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Window & Door Installation Apprentices. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade, develop valuable hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in the home improvement industry.

What You'll Learn

• Professional window and door installation
• Proper measuring and job-site preparation
• Removal and replacement techniques
• Interior and exterior finishing
• Weatherproofing and insulation
• Use of hand and power tools
• Customer service and job-site professionalism
• Safety procedures and industry best practices

The Ideal Candidate

• Reliable and hardworking
• Mechanically inclined and enjoys working with their hands
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Comfortable working in homes and on job sites
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Prior construction experience is a plus but not required.
