PAY: $25.00/hour
LOCATION: Agoura Hills, CA
SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00/9:00 AM – 4:30/5:30 PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain employee personnel files, HRIS records, and confidential HR documentation.
- Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientations, and employment paperwork.
- Support payroll by maintaining attendance records and processing employee status changes.
- Administer benefits enrollment, leave tracking, and respond to employee HR inquiries.
- Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and employee engagement activities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of Human Resources administrative or coordinator experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, payroll support, and employee records management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and professionalism.
