The Recruitment Manager (BD & Recruitment) is responsible for leading both business development and recruitment delivery activities, driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients while developing and managing a high-performing recruitment team. This role combines strategic sales leadership, contractor management and operational excellence to deliver exceptional workforce solutions across the Austin market and wider U.S. region. What You'll Be Doing Driving Business Growth: Identify, develop, and win new client partnerships across target sectors through proactive business development, networking, referrals, and strategic market engagement. Managing the Full Sales Cycle: Generate leads, conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and secure new business opportunities. Leading Recruitment Delivery: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the successful attraction, selection, and placement of high-quality contract and permanent talent. Building Client Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers to maximize account growth. Team Leadership & Development: Coach, mentor, and develop recruitment consultants, creating a high-performance culture focused on quality, collaboration, and results. Account Management Excellence: Maintain and expand existing client relationships through regular engagement, service reviews, and workforce planning discussions. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, skill shortages, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth. Operational Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with U.S. employment legislation, company policies, and client-specific requirements. Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, business development activity reports, and recruitment metrics.
