TKE Airport Systems TKE Airport Systems specializes in the manufacture, installation, operation, and maintenance of passenger boarding bridges (PBBs) across global operations. Key Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries and maintain supporting documentation Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Support margin analysis and financial performance reporting Assist in cost accounting activities, including analysis of manufacturing costs and variances Analyze inventory levels, material usage, and finished goods to ensure accurate valuation Compare actual production costs (materials and labor) against estimates and identify variances Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate capture of production and operational costs Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with internal controls Assist in maintaining and improving accounting processes and internal controls Participate in cross‑functional communication to support financial accuracy across departments Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within accounting and financial processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing or cost accounting experience preferred) Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with cost accounting or manufacturing environments Progress toward CPA certification Experience working with financial systems and databases Work Environment Office‑based or hybrid work environment Collaborative, cross‑functional team setting TKE Airport Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
