About the Role
We’re growing fast and looking for a Crew Leader to help run striping operations across commercial parking lots in Southwest Connecticut.
This is a hands-on leadership role —you’ll operate equipment, drive a company truck, and lead a small crew to deliver high-quality work on active job sites.

Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to spec
Handle basic equipment maintenance and inspections
Manage materials and truck inventory
Train and support crew members

What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license (clean record required)
Experience operating equipment or working in construction/outdoor environments
Ability to lift 60 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Comfortable leading a team and making decisions on-site
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Commercial driving experience
Striping, paving, or sealcoating experience (Will train on the job.)
Why Join Us?
Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities
Leadership role with growth potential as we expand locally
Paid, hands-on training
Work with a growing brand in a high-demand industry
Tight-knit, team-focused environment
