Recovery Advocate & Community Support Specialist

Terros Health is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to assist members in a community setting, sharing personal experiences to facilitate recovery-based services. You will provide living skills training, personal assistance, and peer/family support to promote independence and self-sufficiency. You will help with care coordination and connect members to community resources, while maintaining accurate documentation of engagements.
