Sales Development Program Lead - Early Career Talent

Pella is seeking to lead the Sales Development Program Manager to develop and execute the early career development strategy for its sales subsidiaries in the Chicago area. The role focuses on creating a pipeline of early career sales talent to support growth and staffing goals. The ideal candidate will own the program, work with TA, sales leaders, and branch managers, and help participants prepare for successful careers in sales within the Pella Family of Brands. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pellamn
