Arcadia Care is seeking a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to provide exceptional service to residents and work with all departments to ensure the highest quality of care during their stay. You will greet residents, assist in-room residents with activities, help with meals and laundry, manage resident belongings, answer call-lights, and support front-desk staff as needed.
