Claims Resolution Specialist

Making high-volume outbound calls to investigate and maximize insurance payments, the full-time remote Claims Resolution Specialist will research auto accident details, confirm payer information, and submit accurate bills to ensure timely payments for client hospitals and medical providers. Key responsibilities Research and investigate auto accident details to determine the responsible payer Make frequent outbound calls to patients, insurance representatives, and attorneys to confirm payer information Investigate denied or underpaid claims, determine next steps, and resubmit for additional payment Required qualifications Experience with Coordination of Benefits and a general understanding of insurance billing (preferred but not required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work on multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously Experience in a fast-paced, high outbound call center environment Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
