Flooring Installer - Subcontractor

- We handle all scheduling and customer coordination
- Install flooring based on your area(s) of expertise:
(We're hiring for all types: hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank (LVP), tile, carpet, kitchen backsplash, etc. - but you don't need to install every type.) - Ensure high-quality workmanship and manage your crew
- Communicate effectively with our office and clients as needed
- Follow site safety, and specs
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment
- At least 3 years of proven experience in your flooring specialty
- Ability to pass a background check
- Workers' comp and general liability insurance
- Reliable transportation (enclosed truck or van preferred)
- Your own tools and equipment
- Ability to manage a crew and complete projects on time
