Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Charlotte, NC. The Real Estate Agent will work with buyers, sellers, and investors to support residential, commercial, and land transactions from initial consultation through closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating contract terms, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and other key transaction activities. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, providing market insights, and delivering responsive customer service to ensure a smooth and informed experience. The Real Estate Agent will also collaborate with team members, leverage marketing tools to promote listings, and stay current with local market trends and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License in the state of North Carolina and a solid understanding of Real Estate and Real Property. Candidates should possess strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and support clients through complex decisions. Candidates should possess skills in local market research, property valuation awareness, and basic transaction documentation. Candidates should possess proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems, as well as basic marketing skills to promote listings and services. Relevant qualifications include prior experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role, familiarity with residential and commercial markets, and a track record of meeting performance goals.
