Seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN. Must possess the ability to identify and intervene in life-threatening situations. A thorough knowledge of nursing principles and the ability to provide quality patient care is essential. Must be able to assess patient needs, including clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual aspects. The RN must recognize safety issues for themselves and others. The ability to assess and implement the use of lifts to move patients safely is required. Must be able to function well in stressful situations. Good problem-solving skills are necessary. The role may require assuming duties as a charge nurse. Must successfully complete a lethal dysrhythmia exam during probation.
