Direct Support Professional – Jackson, NJ We are looking for a dedicated individual to work with other professionals to support individuals in need. Schedule: 2nd & 3rd shift positions available! Salary: Starting at $20.42 per hour and increases with education/experience. Responsibilities Ensure individuals are safe and healthy while attending the day program. Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving their daily living goals, such as food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet social, emotional, physical, and personal needs. Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings. Schedule and transport individuals to and from the day program. Qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Valid non-provisional driver’s license. 18 years of age or older. Able to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
