We're looking for someone who loves social media, understands content, enjoys engaging with online communities, and wants to help build something much bigger than just posting videos. This is not an "upload videos" position. You will be helping grow two brands that reach millions of people. What You’ll Do Content Management Edit short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn Repurpose long‑form content into multiple clips Create captions and optimize posts for each platform Schedule and publish daily content Organize and maintain our content library Coordinate content calendars for both brands Community Management Respond to comments and DMs Engage with followers to build community Monitor conversations and identify engagement opportunities Help grow and manage our paid community Assist with live events, challenges, and member engagement Brand Growth Research social media trends Brainstorm new content ideas Help develop content strategy Track analytics and report performance Suggest improvements based on data Partnerships Coordinate with brand partners and sponsors Help manage influencer collaborations Assist with partnership outreach and communication Marketing Assist with email marketing campaigns Help grow our email lists Help promote webinars, live events, and courses Qualifications Required Excellent written English Strong organizational skills Reliable and detail‑oriented Self‑starter who can work independently Comfortable learning new software quickly Strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Experience editing short‑form videos Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, In‑shot, Davinci Resolve or similar software Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or LinkedIn pages Experience using Canva Experience with email marketing platforms Experience managing online communities (Facebook Groups, Skool, Discord, Circle, etc.) Basic graphic design skills Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT Bonus Points You’ve helped grow a social media account. You understand storytelling. You know what makes videos go viral. You enjoy interacting with people online. You love personal development, communication, or psychology. You’re proactive and bring ideas—not just execute tasks. Software We Use Google Workspace ChatGPT/Claude Inshot Canva Davinci Resolve Kajabi Skool What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, you’ll: Be independently managing our daily posting schedule Keep both brands consistently active across platforms Maintain an engaged online community Help increase social media engagement and audience growth Assist with successful launches and campaigns Become a key member of our content team What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who loves creating content, enjoys engaging with people, and gets excited about helping build brands.
