JOB SUMMARY:Supports the Technology governance function at Everus Construction Group by managing software asset lifecycle and contributing to IT compliance programs. Sits within the VP of Technology's organization and works cross-functionally with subsidiary IT contacts, procurement, legal, and finance.
Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

IT Governance & License Compliance Analyst I
- A working knowledge of IT governance and licensing at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
IT Governance & License Compliance Analyst II
- A working knowledge of IT governance and licensing at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience and
- 2 years' experience in IT administration, governance, or licensing
- Assist in managing enterprise software license inventories across multiple platforms, including Microsoft 365, Autodesk, and other SaaS and onprem technologies.
- Support regular license reconciliation and trueup activities by validating usage and entitlement data.
- Participate in vendor renewal preparation by collecting usage data and contract documentation.
- Maintain software asset management (SAM) tooling data by performing data entry, validation, and routine quality checks.
- Support internal IT compliance audits, including SOX IT General Controls (ITGCs), through evidence collection and documentation support.
- Assist with IT policy documentation updates and scheduled review cycles.
- Contribute to SEC cybersecurity disclosure support activities by maintaining control inventories and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with subsidiary IT points of contact on basic license provisioning and deprovisioning requests.
- Track and report basic license utilization metrics under supervision.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex compliance issues and develop effective solutions.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to assess software usage, license entitlements, and vendor data to identify compliance gaps, costsavings opportunities, and optimization strategies.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in IT governance, software asset management (SAM), license compliance, audit support, risk management, or related roles, with a focus on regulatory compliance and industry standards.
- Understanding of IT governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards applicable to technology environments, including GDPR, SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, and software licensing models and agreements.
- Experience supporting or conducting internal and vendorled audits, compliance assessments, and license reviews, including remediation planning and documentation using established methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Operational Planning & Project Management experience
- Experience with Microsoft licensing models (EA/CSP), SAM tools, audit support, and familiarity with SOX or similar compliance frameworks.
- ITAM or SAM certification (e.g., CSAM, CITAM) a plus.
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Salary Range: $57,170 - $79,990
- Annual short-term incentive bonus of up to 14% of eligible wages based on eligibility and company goal achievement
