Actualmente estamos buscando profesionales de limpieza con o sin experiencia, responsables y disponibles para trabajar part time o tiempo completo , para brindar servicios de limpieza residencial y comercial en toda el área de Greater Austin.
Esta es una oportunidad W2, con pago basado en comisiones , dentro del territorio de Austin norte, Sur, Este y Oeste , ideal para personas que viven dentro de este territorio. Esta posición busca profesionales con o sin experiencia y si no la tienes, nosotros te entrenamos. - Tener la experiencia o la disponibilidad para aprender a limpiar una casa de manera profesional.
- Trabajar como empleado(a) W2, con un sistema de pago basado en comisiones.
- Contar con su propio medio de transporte confiable .
- Ser una persona detallista, amable y con una presentación profesional.
- Comunicarse claramente, tanto internamente como con los clientes.
- Estar completamente autorizado(a) para trabajar en los Estados Unidos y tener un nivel de inglés que le permita comunicarse y comprender las necesidades de los clientes.
- Si el inglés es su segundo idioma, podemos acomodar solicitudes razonables relacionadas con la comunicación con los clientes.
- Realizar servicios de limpieza residencial y/o comercial profesional para nuestros valiosos clientes.
- Brindar resultados consistentes y de alta calidad, de acuerdo con las expectativas de los clientes y nuestros estándares de calidad.
- Mantener un alto nivel de excelencia en los estándares de limpieza mediante el uso adecuado de productos de limpieza y equipos.
- Mantener un horario constante y recurrente, actualizado regularmente a través de nuestra App.
- Somos un equipo de propietarios motivado y en crecimiento activo en el área de Greater Austin, comprometido con trabajar con nuestros miembros del equipo de la manera más eficiente posible.
- Compensación competitiva: pagamos por cada trabajo completado , con un promedio equivalente de $28 a $34 por hora , y los limpiadores con experiencia y alta eficiencia pueden llegar al equivalente de hasta $40 por hora .
- Los empleados con mejor desempeño reciben acceso prioritario a trabajos de mayor valor y clientes recurrentes.
- Contamos con apoyo administrativo para programación, coordinación, adquisición y retención de clientes, comunicación y suministro de equipos.
- Tarifa basada en comisión por cada trabajo; las tarifas varían según el tamaño de la casa y el tipo de servicio.
- Nuestros limpiadores con mayor experiencia ganan bastante más de $1,000 por semana entre tarifa base, propinas y bonos.
- Los empleados de alto desempeño pueden aumentar sus ingresos mediante la consistencia y la satisfacción de los clientes.
- Elegibilidad para incentivos por excelencia en el servicio, buenas reseñas de clientes y retención de clientes.
- Comenzarás trabajando en un equipo de 2 personas y tendrás oportunidades de desarrollo para convertirte en un(a) limpiador(a) individual, lo que puede duplicar tu tarifa de compensación por cada limpieza.

- Paso 1 = Grabar una entrevista en video de una sola vía.
- Paso 2 = Evaluación práctica pagada ($20 por hora durante 1 a 5 días de capacitación e incorporación).
- Paso 3 = Firmar una oferta condicional de empleo W2.
- Paso 4 = Ser asignado(a) a un equipo y comenzar LO ANTES POSIBLE.
