Client-Facing Financial Reporting Manager – Sodexo Corporate Services Sodexo is seeking a Client-Facing Financial Reporting Manager to join our Corporate Services team, ideally based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This hybrid role is based out of a Menlo Park, CA corporate campus and offers direct visibility with executive stakeholders. You will serve as the primary financial point of contact for a high-profile confidential technology client, translating complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership. The position requires high visibility with executive-level client stakeholders, an innovative fast‑growing account, hybrid work arrangement (Bay Area or Seattle preferred), and access to Sodexo’s comprehensive benefits package. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary financial point of contact (POC) for a confidential corporate technology client. Present financial analyses and reporting to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Translate complex datasets into accessible narratives and client‑facing dashboards. Collaborate with the portal analyst group manager on reporting outputs and insights. Manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, change‑driven environment. Proven ability to present financial data and tell a story to executive audiences. Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with client portal platforms a plus. Experience with SAP preferred; client‑based platform experience a plus. Self‑starter who is highly detail oriented, collaborative, and thrives working independently. Strong communication skills – professional, articulate, and able to serve as a credible client bridge. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum management experience: 3 years. Minimum functional experience: 3 years.
