Field Service Technician

Paying $25.00 / HR - $35.00 / HR

Location - Bend, OR

Responsibilities:

• Service solar equipment in multiple areas
• Replace solar panel parts and or equipment to make sure everything is running properly
• Will utilize solar equipment testing for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks utilizing their computer systems
• Prepare accurate documentations of all aspects of the job being performed
• Occasional climbing and carrying, proximity to moving mechanical parts, working in high, exposed, or difficult to access places.
• Could travel up to 2-3 different sites per week

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid drivers license to operate a company vehicle
• Able to work outside in the elements during where it could be warm in the summer and cold in the winter
• May be asked to work the weekends for critical issues that come up
• Demonstrated basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and perform effective Lock Out/Tag
• Demonstrated ability to work in a mechanical/electrical environment achieved through formal training or previous work experience
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Able to work in a team environment of up to 3 people on some jobs
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs

• Day Shift: 7am - 3:30pm

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Bend,OR.
