Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

Job Title
Develops, maintains, and delivers monthly and quarterly analyses, reports, and presentations ensuring the accuracy of the information and identifying key points
Performs general ad hoc analysis of financial and operational data for trends and variances and presents findings to finance management
Uses historical trend information along with changes in market and business environments to create projections used for the budgeting or forecasting processes
Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to finance management
Manage large data sets from disparate sources for data mining, analysis, and research project
Develop financial models for what-if analysis, scenario planning, and M&A activities
Works collaboratively with team members and other departments
Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
24 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
Knowledge of finance, economic, and accounting principles, including financial markets, financial statements, valuation concepts, and financial data analysis and reporting
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret, manipulate, and analyze large data sets
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, analyze information, and develop effective solutions
Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate options and recommend sound approaches
Demonstrated judgment and decision-making skills, considering risks and benefits to determine appropriate actions
Familiarity with standard business concepts, practices, and procedures
Pay Range: $64,300.00 - $85,700.00 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
