Job Full Description

A Production Worker, or Factory Worker, assembles or produces finished products, often on an assembly line, by operating machinery, inspecting goods, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Job Duties:

- Operate machinery and equipment to produce goods.
- Assemble parts and products, either manually or with tools.
- Inspect finished products for quality and defects.
- Package and label products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
