Manager, Nursing and Patient Care ServicesSentara Health is currently hiring a Manager, Nursing and Patient Care Services at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital for the Cardiac Medicine Telemetry Unit.Hours/Shift: Full Time, Days, on call required at times, weekends required at times.The Clinical Nurse Manager has overall accountability for the daily operations of one or more clinical areas. Supervises patient care services staff, ensures excellent patient safety and quality outcomes as well as extraordinary patient/family experience. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, developing and retaining staff with the goal of developing a highly reliable team. Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to achieve unit and corporate goals.
