Regional Sales Manager

Location : Southeast (Atlanta location preferred) Spencer Rigby has partnered with a high growth, biologics manufacturer as it rebuilds its US commercial organization under new executive leadership. The company is on a mission to shed its legacy reputation as a \"spine-only\" player and reposition itself as a true multi-indication biologics leader. We\'re looking for a high energy Regional Sales Manager with the gravitas to walk into a room and win over surgeons and distributors alike. Someone ready to take ownership of a relatively untapped, Southeast region and build the distributor network to turn existing spine relationships into a foothold across trauma, foot & ankle, biologics & deformities. You\'ll have the autonomy to shape how the region is run , a direct line to the VP of Sales, and visibility all the way to the CEO and board. Who you are: A sales professional with expertise in either spine hardware, trauma, foot & ankle, biologics, or deformity. Direct, hands-on experience recruiting, onboarding, motivating, and exiting 1099 distributors or agencies.
