Medical/Oncology - Clinical Nurse (Part-Time)

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a hospital setting, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Key Responsibilities Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use. Participates in activities enhancing patient safety, quality, and compliance, along with professional development. Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care. Performs comprehensive assessments of physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and other specific needs. Maintains safety awareness as a safety-sensitive role, working in a constant state of alertness. Qualifications Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license required. Experience: No experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
