Remote Contract Recruiter

Partnering with the Human Resources Manager, the part-time Variable Hour Contract Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional positions Develop and post engaging job advertisements and source qualified candidates through various platforms Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process Required qualifications: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in professional services, education, legal, or higher education organizations Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Experience using applicant tracking systems, with Paylocity experience being a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience recruiting remote employees across multiple states
