Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Emergency Room (ER) nursing for a night shift position in Maryland. The candidate will provide critical emergency care to a diverse patient population, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Candidates are required to bring their active RN license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Maryland
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active RN license in Maryland or a Compact state, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); 0 years of experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of travel experience, experience with Epic electronic medical record system, previous charge nurse experience, trauma Level I or II experience, community hospital or LTAC experience
• Patient Ratios: 4 patients per nurse during both day and night shifts
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
• Additional Information: The role involves managing acute emergencies including chest pain, stroke, sepsis, trauma, respiratory illnesses, and respiratory arrest. Candidates must be comfortable floating within scope as needed, with no restrictions or special requests. The assignment begins on June 29, 2026.
