Performance Based Salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year

• As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new customers, and closing sales to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• You will conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to assess their water quality needs and provide customized solutions using our industry-leading products.
• Utilize your excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with customers and educate them on the benefits of Kinetico Water Systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding market reach and increasing revenue.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current on industry trends to effectively promote Kinetico Water Systems.

• Proven track record of success in outside sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Prior experience in the water treatment industry is a plus, but not required.
