Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Minimum of 5 years of experience requiredJourneyman certification requiredMastercam and/or Gibbs CAM experience requiredBackground in the metal stamping industry preferredKnowledge of progressive stamping tooling, gauges, and fixturesKnowledge of heat-treating processesAbility to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and GD&TTechnical Proficiency Required:Precision measurement equipment (gages, indicators, micrometers, Trimos height gages, etc.)Ability to setup, program and operateMills: CNC and ManualEDM Wire, SinkerSurface grindersManual lathesDrill pressesSaws and basic hand toolsGood communication skills, especially with othersTeam playerIndependent workerResponsibilities:Set up and operate manual and CNC mills or lathesProgram using CAM software (Mastercam or Gibbs CAM)Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T requirementsManufacture precision tooling, dies, fixtures, or custom componentsPerform and document first-piece and in-process inspectionsMaintain tight tolerances (±.0005 or as required)Troubleshoot and correct machining issuesMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
