Required skills include 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in Health Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud features, including care plans, patient management, and healthcare workflows. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, preferably in healthcare environments. Experience in leading and mentoring development teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud, or Application Architect. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR). Experience with Salesforce Shield for data encryption and security.
