Job Description

• This role requires candidates to be responsible for the daily assembly of large parts for windows and doors.

• The position involves physical activity, such as standing all day and regularly lifting items weighing over 50 lbs.

• Applicants should be proficient in using hand tools, tape measures, and interpreting blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble various doors and windows according to blueprint specifications.

• Utilize hand tools and tape measures to ensure precise specifications.

• Perform mechanical assembly tasks and general labor duties.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in assembly processes.

• Experience with hand tools and tape measures.

• Ability to interpret and work from blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Commercial or manufacturing experience is required.

• A minimum of 6 months assembly experience is preferred.

• Experience in working with tape measures and hand tools.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
