Sales Associate

Immediate need for a talented Sales Associate. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Saddle Brook, NJ (Onsite). Pay Range: $20 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and event coordination
• Handle calls, communications, and scheduling conflicts
• Process commissions and expenses per company policies
• Maintain databases, reports, and content libraries
• Assist with website updates and internal system tracking
• Serve as a client liaison for routine inquiries and issue resolution
• Produce branded materials (presentations, proposals, flyers, maps)
• Develop email and direct marketing campaigns for property listings
• Conduct market research and create client deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams for data integration
• Maintain marketing databases, websites, and prospect tracking

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in administrative or sales support
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
