Physical Therapist Rehab Services Day Shift Physical Therapist Rehab Services Day Shift role at Baptist Health - Central Alabama Highlights and Summary : The Physical Therapist shall evaluate patients and prescribe a treatment program, with Physician approval for all patients assigned. The Therapist shall adjust the program within constraints and confer with the Physician as needed. This individual will document treatment and progress, and make suggestions toward further treatment. This position may have additional duties assigned within the scope of the role. Education / Experience Masters' or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program. License / Certification Active PT license required BLS required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be skilled to provide general discipline specific therapy services to meet patient care requirements. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to maintain a professional and customer-centric composure in difficult or challenging situations. Ability to effectively communicate with people of various backgrounds throughout the organization. Ability to provide a positive customer service experience to guests, visitors, and patients. Ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments. Proficiency with computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment.
