Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental procedures
• Provide chairside assistance during restorative treatments
• Perform sterilization and infection control procedures
• Take dental radiographs
• Educate patients about dental care and procedures
• Manage dental inventory and supplies
• Collaborate effectively with dental team members
• Maintain strict infection control standards

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental assisting experience
• Completion of a dental assisting program preferred
• Active Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
• Strong skills in patient care, infection control, and chairside assistance
• Experience in dental radiography and sterilization procedures
• Excellent teamwork, active listening, communication, and motivation
