Key Responsibilities Manage inventory costs with regular inspections and accurate truck orders Maintain and monitor restaurant assets and ensure preventative maintenance Oversee cash control and security procedures to safeguard restaurant assets Motivate and direct team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service Coach and provide feedback to Shift Coordinators and Team Members to enhance performance Ensure restaurant operations meet brand standards and speed of service guidelines Step in as Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed to support the team Qualifications & Skills At least 18 years old with High School Diploma or GED (college preferred) 1-2 years quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred Basic understanding of P&L and profitability management Strong leadership and guest service skills Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed Why Join Us?
