Telehealth Technology Coordinator

You’ll serve as the bridge between patients, providers, and technology—ensuring telehealth services run smoothly and efficiently throughout the hospital. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Support telehealth platforms and devices to ensure a seamless patient and provider experience Bring telehealth technology directly to the bedside to facilitate virtual visits, including: Teleconsults and remote rounding Family video visits Virtual interpreting services Remote patient monitoring enrollments Coordinate and manage patient flow using telemedicine best practices Troubleshoot and elevate technical issues in collaboration with IT and clinical teams Document telehealth visits and activities accurately and in real time Partner with nursing, providers, and hospital leadership to optimize workflows and patient experience Maintain and manage telehealth equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and infection control protocols Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance telehealth services Minimal Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred) One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience. 1–2 years of experience in a clinical and/or customer service setting One year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education. Knowledge Skills and Abilities Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills Knowledge of medical terminology and effective oral and written communication skills. Possess the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment think critically organize and prioritize work deal effectively and professionally with a variety of different client groups to support and monitor the needs of multiple clinicians. Demonstrates a high level of customer service. Self starter ability to multi-task organize and prioritize work. Strong attention to detail. Tech-savvy. Comfortable donning and doffing PPE when entering and exiting patient isolation rooms. This position has a hiring range of USD $20.57 - $36.27 /Hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
