Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Overview Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) at Above and Beyond Therapy provides high‑quality ABA‑based individualized treatment to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role is performed in home or clinic settings, working closely with a supervising BCBA, peers, and families to support each child’s development. Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA Collect data and submit session notes Collaborate with peers and supervisors Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings Ensure reliable transportation and punctuality for all appointments, with a valid driver’s license Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder Effective verbal and written communication in English Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with co‑workers, supervisors, and families Valid state identification card Reliable transportation Must pass a criminal background check RBT certification (required) Benefits & Working Conditions Competitive compensation with flexible hours 401(k) matching Dental, health, vision, and life insurance Paid time off, paid maternity leave, and six legal holidays Paid holidays Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed as well as up to 25% travel #J-18808-Ljbffr Abtaba
