The Crawlspace Repair Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining optimal moisture levels in residential crawlspaces to prevent damage and ensure healthy living environments. This role involves working closely within a team and traveling to various job sites equipped with company-provided tools to implement effective moisture control solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and control moisture levels in residential crawlspaces
- Conduct site visits and assess environmental conditions
- Utilize specialized kits and tools provided by the company to perform treatment and monitoring
- Collaborate with team members to implement moisture mitigation strategies
- Travel to job sites using company vehicles as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Some construction experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform accurate measurements related to humidity and moisture
