Recruiter - Temporary/Contract (6 months)

Temporary 6-month contract recruiter role handling full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and related functions. Responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate experience, and supporting onboarding in a hybrid Portland, OR position.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate assessment
- Coordinate interview logistics including scheduling, panel preparation, and candidate communication
- Support onboarding activities: offer letters, background checks, and new hire handoffs
- Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data in Greenhouse ATS
- Track recruiting metrics, prepare HR reports, and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent education and experience combination
- 2+ years of recruiting experience including full cycle recruiting and coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong understanding of employment law and recruiting compliance
- Experience sourcing candidates and building diverse talent pipelines
- Manufacturing, supply chain, quality, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences recruiting preferred
