The day‑to‑day tasks include: Preparing the specific materials for each customer's needs Communicating arrival and greeting customers with a friendly, professional demeanor Performing pest control services with care and thoroughness Providing detailed notes on each service performed and offering recommendations for continued protectionContinuing to the next customer with energy and focus Qualifications A positive, people‑focused attitude Desire for personal and professional growth Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Build positive relationships Effectively communicate the value of our services to customers Eagerness to learn how to analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action Learn/follow servicing protocols to apply chemical solutions/products Must be 21 years of age or older A valid driver's license and authorized to work in the US What Set You Apart Experience in manual labor, service routes, or outdoor work Proven ability to connect with people through face‑to‑face service visits Current pest control license or previous experience with pest control or pesticides Desire to learn and develop as an individual and leader An independent attitude with a willingness to take initiative Fox Pest Control is an Equal Opportunity/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
