Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Warehouse Lead / Inventory Specialist to work with a leading energy and utility company in Pataskala, Ohio. This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established company.

• Full-time, long-term contract position.
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Wednesdays off, with overtime as needed.
• Candidates must live within a 45-minute commute of the worksite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, inspect, count, store, and issue materials, tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform physical inventory counts.
• Load, unload, move, and organize warehouse materials.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as assigned.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and material transportation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and report damaged materials or unsafe conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least one year of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience.
• Warehouse lead experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking.
• Construction or utility industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, dependability, and a commitment to safety.
