Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to serve patients throughout the Wenham, MA area.

#What You'll Do

As a Home Health PTA , you'll work under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, individualized therapy services in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver physical therapy treatments in accordance with the established plan of care
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and home exercise programs
• Assist patients in improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall function
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Need to have:

* Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license

* Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience

* Afternoon availability
