Store Manager

The Store Manager leads all retail store operations, focusing on quality and service to ensure that our customers have a memorable experience. Responsibilities include people leadership, coaching, cash/expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and store appearance. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations: open/close procedures, work order management, CICO (Check-In, Check-Out), staffing, scheduling, and inventory management. Ensure proper cash handling and financial accuracy. Drive team performance to meet or exceed key performance indicators such as Net Promoter Score, Time to Serve, job completion, customer conversion, and quality metrics. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Support technicians to be SafeTech™ certified and maintain quality installation standards. Provide guidance on vehicle and equipment maintenance, record‑keeping, and marketing materials display. Respond quickly to client complaints and warranty issues to deliver world‑class customer service. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Preferred: 5–7 years of leadership/supervisory experience. Valid state‑issued driver’s license. 3+ years of leadership experience with a focus on performance incentives. 3–5 years in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment. Excellent communication skills: ability to influence, persuade, engage, and conduct important conversations with a mobile workforce. Comfort working outside in varied weather, wearing personal protective equipment. Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs., work at elevated heights, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
